Parker Family Health Center volunteers stepped it up at this year’s Rumson St. Patrick’s Day . A lively crowd cheered the volunteers on from the west side of Rumson all the way to Val’s Tavern on the east side. Volunteers braving the weather included PFHC banner holders John Horl, PFHC Board Co-Chair, and his wife Barbara Horl along with their cheerful granddaughter, Morgan.
